Tiki Towers on iPhone/iPod Touch Review

Tiki Towers on iPhone

Tiki Towers on iPhone

This was the first game I got on my iPhone that I really loved. Tiki Towers has a simple idea, and executes it perfectly. You must make a wooden bridge to get 5 monkeys from the start to the finish.

It resembles Lemmings in a very small way, in that you must make the route for them. But unlike Lemmings, each monkey has to get a banana to fully complete the level.

The controls are great and adding / removing new sticks for your bridge is easy and quite precise (hint: make sure you select the option to view the hand – it helps a LOT).

Each stick must be connected to another stick (at least, when you initially place it. You can leave them hanging by themselves afterwards, which is a great way to get bananas in high places). If it touches a banana, the banana “sticks” to the stick and moves with it. When monkeys start swinging on your bridge (or ladder, or whatever else you ended up building) some will turn red, after which they will snap under the heavy load of monkeys. So you have to compensate for this by building strong bridges. The catch? You only have a limited supply of sticks!

There are multiple islands and multiple levels. You will play this for ages, as the last few levels are hard to fully complete (get all bananas)

highly recommended! I love this game

Welcome to App-Reviewer.com. This site is run by John, and I think I am in love with my iPhone! I love it, and love some of the Apps on the iPhone. So i've made this site so I can review them.

They are all honest reviews. I get quick to the point, when I read reviews of iPhone apps to know if i should buy it or not, I don't like reading 500 words on an app that costs 99 cents! Hell, most times I just hope it will be good and try it without reading any reviews.

I have no ads on this site, and no affiliate links what so ever. If I did put any form of ads up I can't see them being more than a few dollars a week, so I fail to see the point of cluttering up this site.

If you want me to review your app, or want to submit a review, please contact me! (See links above!)

I am also welcome to doing link exchanges with other iPhone/Apple related sites, so just get in touch! And lastly, if you have any comments on any apps I've reviewed, please leave a comment!
